Senior Manager, Planning and Fulfillment

The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Manager, Planning and Fulfillment to join our team. This critical role ensures the alignment of supply and demand for our hybrid hypercars. As a leader, you'll oversee the development of effective forecast models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive priorities for part releases, build sequencing, and component deliveries. Your expertise will help us minimize disruption and maximize efficiency in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of demand planners, ensuring performance goals are met and team members have the resources needed to succeed.
- Develop and maintain effective forecast models, using industry trends, sales data, and demand patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and materials management teams to drive priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
- Proactively manage risk assessments and mitigation activities within the supply chain.
- Identify and implement solutions to enhance demand forecast accuracy, using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Provide clear and concise communication of demand forecasts and inventory estimations to senior leadership.
- Manage change initiatives related to demand planning, including the introduction of new products and the phasing out of legacy models.
- Monitor and report on key demand planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, demand shifts, and on-time product deliveries.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field with a minimum of 9+ years in a leadership position, including direct reports.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills with at least 5 years of experience in demand analytics, forecast modeling, and raw material resource planning.
- Proficiency with demand planning tools and software.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across multiple departments.
