Position Overview

This role is pivotal in managing all operational aspects of the branch, including the leadership and guidance of the Retail staff. The Branch Operations Leader will foster a culture of collaboration and transparent communication, aligning with our commitment to a relationship-focused approach. Responsibilities include delivering accurate, timely service and information to clients while adhering to regulatory standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of three to five years in leadership roles within the banking sector is highly desirable. Alternatively, candidates with an associate degree and extensive experience in various banking functions, along with a demonstrated commitment to professional growth, will be considered. Experience in related fields such as Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or Commercial Real Estate may also be advantageous.
