Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our Operations Team at UtiliQuest, LLC. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of our Damage Prevention Technicians, ensuring quality control, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the workflow of Damage Prevention Technicians, creating team schedules and delegating tasks.
  • Assess the work performance of technicians and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure quality control.
  • Conduct audits on field personnel to ensure quality standards are being met.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback and development opportunities for technicians.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year or more of proven experience in utility locating or a similar field.
  • Willingness to do overnight travel as needed.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and a positive safety mindset.
