Crye-Leike, REALTORS is seeking a highly motivated Career Development/Agent Recruiter to join our team in Brentwood, TN. This role will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our company.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting local real estate agents, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling in-person interviews. They will also search for candidates using resume databases, sales analytics platforms, and social media platforms.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of effective networking, relationship building, and candidate sourcing activities. You should also be able to cultivate relationships with others, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong computer skills. Additionally, you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively inform and persuade.
