Job Title: Clinical Autism Navigator

At Teema Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Autism Navigator to join our team. This role involves collaborating with individuals and families enrolled in autism care programs, focusing on assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, and advocacy.

About the Role:
The Clinical Autism Navigator ensures that patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) receive high-quality, cost-effective care tailored to their unique needs. This requires expertise in case management and strong communication skills to support families and address barriers to care effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive case management assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with beneficiaries and providers.
  • Monitor and update care plans regularly to address newly identified needs, services, and treatment options.
  • Serve as an advocate for families, ensuring access to specialized services and maintaining patient safety.
  • Provide guidance on benefits, enrollment, and community resources to help families navigate available services.
  • Participate in case evaluations involving sensitive or high-profile issues and present cases to medical leadership for resolution.
  • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary team meetings with civilian, military, and specialty care providers.

Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, ASD, or case management.
  • Eligibility to obtain a case management certification within four years of hire.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Department of Defense background investigation.

Payout: $38-44 per hour (based on state)

Location: 100% Remote (AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, MN, MO, MT, NV, NM, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, HI & WY only)
