Overview

The Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our autism services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic and growing organization.

Salary and Benefits

About the Role

This Clinical Director will be responsible for designing and supervising evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders. Key duties include:

  • Conducting regular home visits to provide individualized parent education and supervise program implementation
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and providing in-field training to direct reports
  • Efficiently communicating policies and procedures to families and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Writing, signing, and submitting progress reports to funding sources by established deadlines
  • Meeting daily and monthly billable hours goals and providing clinical support and training to assigned staff

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, pediatric therapy, or related field
  • BCBA certification required
  • At least two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
