About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team at US Oncology, Inc. This is a full-time position that will support the Medical Oncology Department at our San Antonio location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care for patients adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations.
  • Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching and other instructional material.
  • Prepare and administer therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
  • Administer all medications/blood products using correct medication/blood product, dosage/amount, route, time and technique.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assigned patient care and treatments provided.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of RN experience.
  • Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
