Job Title: Associate Dean, College of Naturopathic Medicine Job Summary: The Associate Dean, College of Naturopathic Medicine is a key leadership position responsible for providing direction, supervision, and support for naturopathic clinical educators and student clinicians. The Associate Dean coordinates and provides oversight for the administration of the activities associated with the NMD program clinical education. This position requires a strong clinical knowledge and skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direction, supervision, and support for naturopathic clinical educators and student clinicians * Coordinate and provide oversight for the administration of the activities associated with the NMD program clinical education * Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and practices * Provide training and oversight to assure follow-through of quality improvement initiatives * Develop and implement competency exercises * Collaborate with the dean and the program faculty to develop and implement naturopathic care that is competency-based and in coordination with the program's academic component Requirements: * Doctor of naturopathic medicine degree with strong clinical knowledge and skills * Active Oregon naturopathic medicine license (in good standing) * Five or more years naturopathic medical practice experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in higher education teaching and clinical skills assessment * Relevant experience in higher education Application, Screening and Hiring Process: Screening of applicants will begin immediately, and the position will remain open until filled.
