Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Planet 13. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients, and contributing to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify customer ID and cannabis card status, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register or upon delivery, using approved payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of online pick-up orders and customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, assessing their needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events and plan and coordinate events, including internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
- Support all marketing and sales efforts to ensure sales goals are met.
- At least 2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years old.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.
