Job Overview

Medical Services of America Hospice of the Upstate seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our hospice patients in Rock Hill, SC. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work under the general direction of the Director of Professional Services or the Hospice Administrator to deliver patient-centered care and support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families to promote comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with identifying patient/family needs and communicating with the attending physician.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of SC.
  • Minimum of one year experience in direct patient care.
  • Hospice nursing experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and company-required auto liability insurance.
