Position Summary

We are in search of a seasoned semiconductor project leader to become part of our dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge timing solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic insight, ambition with practicality, and analytical rigor with interpersonal warmth. This role will involve overseeing the product lifecycle and guiding the team from concept through to production. Additionally, the project manager will contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing product development at SiTime.

Meeting all qualifications is not a prerequisite for being considered a strong candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and successfully launch products into the market.
  • Establish project timelines, allocate resources, evaluate and mitigate risks, and define project scope.
  • Collaborate effectively to streamline execution across various functional teams and projects.
  • Track project performance against established plans, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
  • Guide projects through essential product development phase-gates and procedures.
  • Identify, escalate, and collaboratively resolve challenges encountered during product development.
  • Maintain clear communication with management, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues as necessary.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the product development framework at SiTime.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in electrical engineering, science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership of cross-functional and global teams.
  • Proficient in project/program management methodologies.
  • Fluency in areas such as semiconductor product development, circuit design, MEMS technology, semiconductor packaging, systems engineering, and product testing and qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with software tools for resource and project portfolio management (PPM).
