About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team at Almost Family LLC in the Portland area. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing office supplies, coordinating appointments and meetings, organizing files and records, and assisting with financial tasks and correspondence.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support with financial tasks, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Support the team with administrative duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a similar role is required.
  • Prior experience in senior care or IDD industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is estimated at $75,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.
