Mobile Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance servicing, and glass replacement.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests, keeping management informed of the status of these requests and any delays due to supply issues. This includes assisting residents and prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, adhering to AMLI's service standards.
- Be available for a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and evenings. Ensure that pools, fountains, hot tubs, and other amenities are maintained in clean and functional condition. Monitor and maintain all safety-related equipment and records.
- Conduct routine inspections as mandated by policy and engage in preventative maintenance activities, including pool upkeep, exterior lighting checks, filter replacements, and apartment inspections. Report any unusual occurrences regarding the property or its residents.
- Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for and inventoried.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy and assist with groundskeeping duties as necessary, ensuring the property meets AMLI's standards.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or training.
- Availability for on-call and weekend shifts.
- HVAC Certification (Type 1 and 2 or Universal).
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
