About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our College Park team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field observations, testing, and sampling of materials, including soils, aggregates, and concrete, on construction materials testing project sites.
  • Execute tasks based on project requirements under the guidance of senior technicians, staff professionals, and project managers.
  • Perform routine field and/or laboratory tests for soils, aggregates, and concrete using various methodologies and testing equipment following industry standards and compliance.
  • Collect and analyze data, perform calculations, and document findings with precision in accordance with accepted engineering practices.
  • Maintain daily communication with site contractors, fellow technicians, and project managers, and attend project meetings as requested.
