Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art campuses, ensuring seamless operations and a positive working environment for our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols
  • Manage budgets and resources for facilities operations
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to identify and address facilities-related issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in janitorial, general maintenance, groundskeeping, building trades, and supervisorial roles
  • Spanish bilingual skills (required)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
