Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Conservice. As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Meters department in calls and emails with account managers and clients
  • Develop and maintain beneficial, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure client needs are met
  • Lead or participate in internal and external phone calls
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Delegate client issues to relevant teams to find a resolution within 24 hours
  • Communicate with leadership and clients regarding challenges and brainstorm ideas to resolve
Requirements
  • Proven record of exceptional communication
  • Able to explain complex ideas clearly and professionally
  • Expert at prioritizing important and urgent work to meet deadlines
  • Able to solve a range of issues from redundant to complex
  • Able to independently analyze and reason to make unaided decisions
  • Desire to form long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Talent to stay positive and productive under pressure
