Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team at Benco Dental. As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving equipment sales by partnering with regional teammates to ensure customer satisfaction, soliciting new business through personal efforts and referrals from territory representatives, and enhancing personal skills in product and services focus areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support.
  • Lead equipment sales process by collaborating with assigned territory representatives to prospect for business and close sales.
  • Facilitate customer satisfaction within our equipment sales process, including preparing and presenting quotes, documenting signed agreements, collecting deposits, and attending equipment installations.
  • Partner with internal designers to offer office design services to prospective customers, evaluate plans and blueprints, and take measurements of facilities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of equipment offerings in order to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with regional teammates to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips.
