Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Retail Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Coach, train, and develop store employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in POS systems.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check, including a criminal history and sex offender registry check.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to: Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to: Grasp, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to: Perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Work Schedule

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Full-time associates may be scheduled to work any full-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
