Job Summary

Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aviation & Aerospace industry, specializing in supply chain optimization.

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components and products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to specifications, utilizing hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Perform inspections and functional tests to ensure product quality and conformance to standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or defects, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes and techniques, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electronic components and their functions, as well as proficiency in soldering and wiring techniques.
  • Experience with hand tools and soldering equipment, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience with quality control and inspection processes a plus.
