Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various assembly tasks, including soldering, crimping, cable-making, and other general assembly work.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to support the final assembly of products.
  • Assist with the testing, evaluation, and deployment of products.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with assembly tools and materials, including soldering and cable making.
  • Strong electro-mechanical background.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment, preferably in electronics.
  • Strong manual dexterity, including both gross and fine manipulation.
  • Working knowledge of computer software, including word processing, Internet, and e-mail.
  • Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality control and facilitating continuous process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation for this role can vary from $20 to $22 an hour based on individual qualifications. Eligible for sales incentive compensation plan.
