Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation or cooking of basic meals, typically under the guidance of the Head of Kitchen.
  • Organize and present food for counter service, ensuring proper temperature checks and dining area arrangements.
  • Support the serving of meals to customers.
  • Manage the collection and disposal of food waste and materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and properly store furniture.
  • Wash and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, and cooking equipment in accordance with Vertas Catering policies, reporting any issues to the Head of Kitchen.
