About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at CCS. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to clients with a range of mental health issues.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of client interactions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in military-specific training and activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' CURRENT experience (post issuance of clinical licensure) in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain regular and acceptable attendance and complete all required training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience.
  • Experience working in a Government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF.
  • Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment.
