Job Title: Field Service Technician

Company: Crown

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various brands of lift trucks, including Crown.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on customer lift trucks as assigned.
  • Manage a service vehicle and maintain its inventory effectively.
  • Complete necessary documentation following each service call.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines, along with the ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and capability to operate lift trucks safely.

A technical degree, prior experience in lift truck repair, welding skills, and familiarity with various testing equipment are preferred.
