- Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with lift trucks, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of lift trucks to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment repair or a related field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes, with knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in a related field.
- Previous experience with lift truck repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of various types of testing equipment.
