The Role

As a Physical Therapy Clinic Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a premier outpatient clinic where exceptional patient care is our primary focus. This unique position allows you to collaborate closely with the practice owners in a supportive and cooperative environment. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead and support staff through recruitment, onboarding, open communication, training, and development initiatives.

Foster a positive work environment to maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure adequate staffing levels.


Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, front office management, equipment maintenance, patient records, and compliance documentation.

Analyze clinic performance to support the achievement of operational goals.

Collaborate with the practice owner to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing overall clinic success, providing coaching to align team performance with objectives.

Build professional relationships to promote clinic growth, including attracting new patients, physician referrals, and managing workers' compensation cases.

Deliver comprehensive care to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
