Job Title: Parts Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with accurate and timely price quotes, availability, and technical information.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing daily and weekly parts orders.
  • Reconcile open purchase orders and ensure accurate billing.
  • Fill, ship, or deliver orders from inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with cycle counts and maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, parts counter, and showroom display area.
  • Review parts requisitions and invoices, verifying correct pricing, quantities, and parts are billed.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure correct parts are available or ordered and supplied in a timely manner.
  • Maintain department safety standards, organization, and excellent customer relationships through immediate conflict resolution.
  • Attend all departmental meetings and maintain good working relationships with all fellow employees.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The company provides a top-notch ventilation system, heated floors, large bays, high ceilings with LED lights, automatic hoists, and more. Employees receive a $1 raise upon completion of training and certifications. 1st shift - 7:00am-3:30pm.
