Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
  • Partner with senior management to review and challenge areas of operational risk across the division
  • Conduct risk assessments, perform deep dives, and develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing risk at a financial institution
  • Prior Risk experience or a strong desire to transition into a Risk function
  • Strong Excel and Project Management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
