Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Loop Neighborhood. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff at all times.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store and surrounding property, including stocking products on shelves and ensuring the store looks professional at all times.
  • Cash Handling: Manage the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
