The Treasury Management Technical Services division is seeking a TM Technical Services Specialist. This role is designed to provide comprehensive support and training for our clients on a variety of Treasury Management products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver level 1 and 2 technical assistance and training for new clients or users on multiple Treasury Management offerings, including Treasury Internet Banking, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, ACH, Receivables Online, E-Invoicing and Payments, Outsourced Disbursements, among others.
- Conduct training sessions that introduce users to the TM Knowledge Center, addressing any hardware/software compatibility challenges that may arise.
- Ensure outstanding customer service for Treasury Management clients by resolving intricate technical issues related to the installation and utilization of software for specific banking products.
- Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for technical challenges.
- Work towards resolving root causes to mitigate recurring issues.
- Provide cross-affiliate support for complex client enrollments and coordinate file testing and transmission setups.
- Stay informed about technological advancements and product improvements.
- Comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, treasury, cash management products/services, IT hardware, software, computer applications, networks, or related fields.
- A combination of education and experience may fulfill job requirements.
- Proficient understanding of banking, treasury, and cash management products, application software, networks, PCs, LANs, terminals, and telephones.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to train clients on Treasury Management products and systems.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent client relationship skills.
Compensation: Salary range based on experience is $20-27 per hour.
