Position Overview
This role presents an excellent opportunity to manage all sales functions within designated accounts, ensuring a distinctive customer experience. You will support sales representatives and collaborate with various internal teams while managing multiple projects and maintaining daily client operations.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Inputting and confirming sales orders for both Retail and Food Service.
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate contacts or assisting with sales inquiries.
- Welcoming customers and addressing inquiries or order pickups as necessary.
- Managing communications and documentation for retail accounts and departments such as Purchasing, Distribution, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Providing assistance to customers and sales representatives with their basic requirements.
- Supporting account managers with collection and credit-related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a knack for multitasking. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- While a college degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- A dynamic work environment that keeps you engaged throughout your shift.
