About the Role

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel at home and that our community remains a desirable place to live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet all customers, including prospects, residents, and vendors, with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
  • Respond to Resident Inquiries: Respond promptly and courteously to all resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Ensure Apartment Readiness: Ensure apartments are ready to show daily and for upcoming move-ins.
  • Conduct Quality Walk-Throughs: Walk buildings, amenities, and vacant apartment homes to ensure quality meets Cottonwood Standards.
  • Provide Pricing and Information: Understand pricing and information about all available apartment homes and be able to answer questions to any prospective renters.
  • Assist with Community Events: Assist in planning community events and social media marketing.
  • Organize Package Room: Organize package room daily as packages are delivered.
  • Maintain Community Communications: Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships.
