- Verify patient information by reviewing medical history, taking vital signs, and confirming the purpose of the visit or treatment.
- Support patient care delivery by assisting healthcare providers during examinations, preparing laboratory specimens, and performing basic laboratory tests.
- Complete records by documenting patient examination, treatment, and test results.
- Generate revenues by recording billing information and completing insurance forms.
- Maintain supplies and equipment by inventorying stock, ordering, and verifying receipt.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and maintaining confidentiality.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time critically.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and insurance companies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
