Clinical Triage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Triage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing nursing and administrative support to a range of practices across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to patient inquiries via phone and patient portal
- Provide clinical assessment and triage patients based on established protocols
- Communicate with healthcare providers and administrators as needed
- Provide administrative support for patients' and providers' needs
- Perform other duties as necessary to drive our values and fulfill our mission
- Registered Nurse with Unencumbered e-NCL Licensure
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Adult Nursing
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work remotely in a private HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Ability to house company equipment and meet internet speed requirements
- Ability to hear in normal range and wear a headset/earpiece
- Good visual acuity to read computer screens and scripts
- May sit 100% of the time when taking calls
