Job Summary

The Host/ess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring seamless table service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage table assignments, seating, and turnover to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the server team to ensure seamless table service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to discuss guest feedback, restaurant operations, and team goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
