- Leadership Skills: Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people, including staff, vendors, and customers, with strong leadership skills and abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of insurance claims experience, with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Licensure: Current adjuster license in one or more states preferred, with a willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
