Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office to facilitate coordination of sales efforts and teamwork.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Secure signed agreements from property owners.
  • Ensure that the scope and cost of work are approved, including any insurance claims.
  • Collect necessary payments, including upfront checks or actual cash value insurance checks.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately.
  • Oversee the completion of projects and ensure final payments are collected.
  • Maintain thorough job files, including photographs and completion forms.
  • Be willing to commute or relocate as necessary.
