Job Title: Scull Construction Project Manager

At Scull Construction Service, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction project management, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, and OSHA 30 certification is required. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and financial success.

As a Project Manager at Scull Construction, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances, and recommending strategies to lower project costs
  • Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules using P6
  • Soliciting and facilitating the estimating and bidding of projects
  • Guiding teams on multiple projects in semi-rural environments
  • Nurturing client relations and demonstrating a positive attitude towards the company, fellow employees, and customers

  • Proficient with computer software programs, including MS Office suite and Primavera P6
