Key Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisor (RN):
- Oversee the care provided to residents within your designated unit.
- Manage the activities of nursing assistants and fellow nurses in your area.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for resident care.
- Administer and prepare medications as required.
- Foster a collaborative and positive relationship with all team members.
Qualifications for the Nurse Supervisor (RN):
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Illinois.
- Current certification in CPR is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory nursing role.
- At least three years of experience in long-term care settings.
