PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES :

Recibir a los clientes para evaluar sus necesidades y proporcionar una experiencia de compra excepcional. Explicar la tecnología de calzado y vestimenta para asegurar que los clientes tomen decisiones informadas sobre sus compras. Recomendar, seleccionar y ayudar a localizar productos según las necesidades del cliente. Mantenerse informado sobre ventas, promociones y políticas relacionadas con compras y devoluciones. Demostrar las características y beneficios del calzado y vestimenta para maximizar los objetivos de ventas. Estar atento a riesgos de seguridad y robos, así como saber cómo prevenir o manejar estas situaciones. Contribuir a la apariencia de la tienda organizando, dimensionando y doblando la mercancía para crear una experiencia de compra excepcional. Apoyar el procesamiento de envíos y mercancías mediante la etiquetación, el cambio de precios y el abastecimiento del piso de ventas con productos para ofrecer a los clientes. Recuperar productos del piso, stock trasero y/o stock superior utilizando el equipo proporcionado según sea necesario.

Habilidades excepcionales en servicio al cliente. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico. Fiabilidad con una sólida ética laboral. Conocimiento de matemáticas básicas, incluyendo suma, resta, división y multiplicación y sus aplicaciones. Capacidad para comportarse de manera profesional y respetuosa con clientes y empleados. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal. Capacidad para completar tareas de manera oportuna con un alto grado de precisión y atención al detalle. Alto sentido de urgencia. Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible, incluyendo días festivos, noches, fines de semana y horas extras según las necesidades del negocio. Debe tener la capacidad de desplazarse a la tienda asignada con métodos de transporte propios. Disposición para trabajar en equipo y completar algunas tareas de manera independiente. Capacidad para mantener asistencia regular y puntual.
