Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly and helpful approach, read customer cues, and match their needs with an elevated level of service.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers, including clearing trash, cleaning the associate breakroom and public restrooms, and organizing the stockroom.
  • Sales and Fulfillment: Complete customer transactions, process incoming shipments, and prepare merchandise for sale.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Participate in daily team meetings, provide open and honest feedback, and demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to meet the needs of the business, including working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of technology, including registers, iPhones, and calculators.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking around the store, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
