  • Inspect and evaluate chiller performance, identifying any malfunctions or abnormalities, and perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring proper functioning of the chiller system, and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in chiller service in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • EPA universal certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in working with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, VAV, and fan coils.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
