Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management, with a strong understanding of sales management techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial analysis, with a strong math skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, and a Notary license is preferred.
