About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS mission, programs, resources, and priorities.
  • Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities.
  • Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners throughout LLS.
  • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers who participate in peer-to-peer fundraising products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media, and emerging online channels
  • Ability to supervise groups of volunteers and manage multiple priorities effectively
