Job Summary

This position reports to the Residential Inbound Sales Manager and is responsible for coaching and development of a team of Inbound Sales Reps in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales coaching and developmental experience in an inside sales capacity.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Develop new sales strategies to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Oversee daily sales activities, lead and guide the team in achieving revenue goals and performance metrics.
  4. Monitor calls, performance stats, and provide individual Sales Representative feedback to enhance performance.
  5. Plan and lead team meetings, create, deliver, implement, and manage individual Sales Representative Performance Improvement plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CARs).
  6. Develop and maintain a positive sales culture that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Lead and guide the team in achieving marketing campaign goals by partnering with the marketing department to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
  8. Recruit, hire, on-board, goal-set, monitor, measure, and coach Sales Representatives, conducting regular performance reviews.
  9. Perform multiple administrative duties, including managing Sales Representative work schedules, reviewing and approving time-off requests and timesheets, and reviewing and approving commission reports.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments, including sales operations, field operations, marketing, product development, training, and customer care.

Required Qualifications

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, maintain, and optimize a team of sales professionals.
  • Knowledge of voice, data, and television products and services.

Education

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience

Inside sales experience is required. Commercial experience and supervisory experience in an inside sales capacity are preferred.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
