About the Internship Program

CareSource is offering a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to gain real-world experience and prepare themselves for their career after college.

This internship program provides a unique opportunity to work on projects that truly impact the company, network with CareSource leaders, and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform evidence-based research on Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) to understand common barriers to completion and evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with key business owners to understand current business processes and review internal and external data to understand year-over-year performance for key measures.
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on data review and analysis and present findings to business partners and leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current college/university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program is required.

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently within a team environment.

Working Conditions

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
