Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Profitability and Departmental Budgets
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and reduce costs
    • Monitor financial reports and statements to ensure that operations are performing within budget
    • Work with direct reports to identify areas of concern and develop plans to improve financial performance
  • Managing Property Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, retail, recreation, housekeeping, security, engineering, food and beverage, and event management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and guest satisfaction
    • Communicate a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals and expectations
  • Leading Property Operations Teams
    • Establish a vision for product and service delivery on property

Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
Benefits

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $205,000 to $258,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and more.
