Role Overview....

The Call Center Representatives are tasked with professionally answering incoming calls and actively participating in promotional initiatives. You will assist members with inquiries related to their accounts or services, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department when necessary. Your responsibilities will include addressing questions about various programs, fees, policies, and services while maintaining the confidentiality of member information. You will be expected to represent the Credit Union positively and achieve sales and service goals while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities....
  • Efficiently and accurately handle incoming calls; greet members professionally, cross-sell products and services, and conclude conversations effectively.
  • Maintain member confidentiality at all times.
  • Act as an information resource for member inquiries via phone, demonstrating knowledge of all deposit accounts and various programs.
  • Provide account-related information, verify ownership, and regularly confirm member contact details.
  • Assist members with requests such as ordering checks and managing account issues.
  • Keep an organized inventory of departmental forms and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to uphold the Credit Union's service quality standards.
  • Develop effective solutions and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure efficient and appropriate member service.
  • Perform data entry accurately as required.
  • Adhere to all BSA policies and regulations within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications....

A high school diploma is required. Previous experience with NuMark Credit Union is preferred. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain all Credit Union programs and services clearly. This role requires effective communication with both prospective and current members. Familiarity with PCs and a willingness to learn about the position's requirements are essential. We seek a highly motivated individual who is goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on timely task completion.
