Supervisory Role:
We are seeking a part-time Client Care Supervisor to lead our social services team at CAMBA's Flagstone Family Center. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing training and guidance to team members, and developing strategies to improve client outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the day-to-day supervision of social services staff
- Provide expert guidance on client care best practices, including psychoeducation and mental health assessments
- Collaborate with social service staff to develop and implement plans to enhance client self-sufficiency
- Liaise with external organizations to facilitate linkage agreements and resource referrals

Requirements and Qualifications:
- LCSW licensure with 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in child development, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive work
- Ability to maintain clearances throughout employment

Salary and Benefits:
This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.00-$43.00 per hour. The salary range reflects internal equity, skills, and other factors unique to each candidate and program.
