Responsibilities:
The Floating Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

* Providing direct patient care in various settings, including medical and surgical units
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conducting thorough assessments and documenting patient information accurately
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

* A current and unobstructed RN license in the state of New York or Connecticut
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:
$60-$85 per hour
