Job Title: Perioperative Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at First Connect's multi-specialty outpatient surgery center. As a Perioperative Nurse Specialist, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and services.

First Connect's outpatient surgery center provides a wide range of surgical services, including ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, ENT, spine, podiatry, and GI endoscopy. Our modern facility is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by experienced professionals who share a commitment to excellence.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for surgery and provide post-anesthesia care
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a perioperative setting
  • Current licensure and certification in relevant specialties

Contract Details:
